All sales are final

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials and the regulations that govern their sale, all sales are final. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy exists because we cannot verify the storage conditions, handling, or chain of custody of any material once it has left our facility. A vial we cannot vouch for is a vial we cannot resell, and a supplier who resells unverifiable material is not one you should buy from.

Returns are not accepted

Atlas Labs does not accept returns on shipped product under any circumstances, including unopened vials, incorrect self-selection, and material that is no longer needed. We do not issue return authorisations and we cannot accept unauthorised shipments sent back to us.

Please confirm your compound, quantity, and concentration before completing your order. If you are unsure which product suits your protocol, contact us before you buy rather than after.

What is not refundable

No refund or credit is issued for any of the following:

• Change of mind after an order is placed
• Ordering the wrong compound, quantity, or concentration
• Deliveries refused or returned as undeliverable
• Packages lost or stolen after the carrier has recorded delivery
• Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control
• Material rendered unusable by storage or handling after delivery

Cancelling an order

You may request cancellation before fulfilment begins. Email contact@shopatlaslabs.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to honour the request.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment. Once a shipping label has been created, the order is final and section 01 applies.

Orders we cancel or cannot fulfil

Atlas Labs may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility, where stock is unavailable, or where an order raises compliance concerns.

If we cancel a paid order that has not shipped, we refund your payment in full. Refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made, and are issued promptly once the cancellation is confirmed.

Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders

Problems caused by us or by the carrier are handled separately from this policy, and they are covered. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong or missing items, file a claim under our Shipping Policy.

Claims must be filed within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery or attempted delivery date and must include the required documentation, including a continuous unboxing video that begins with the sealed package. Verified claims are resolved by reshipping the affected items at no cost to you.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute can, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed on orders that were delivered, or on packages reported stolen after recorded delivery, will be contested with order, acceptance, delivery, and communication records. Nothing here limits your lawful chargeback or consumer-protection rights.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes or reduces a right that cannot lawfully be limited. Where applicable law requires a refund, remedy, or cancellation right in a given circumstance, that law governs and Atlas Labs will meet the obligation regardless of the terms above.
